Charles commenced his headhunting career in 2005 after working in the online Industry for 10 years. He worked for and co-founded a number of companies specializing in online media sales, web development and consulting, Internet Ad-Serving, AI, Data processing and search engine development.
Charles specialises in digital assignments and has previously placed digital executives, creative’s, project managers, producers, software engineers, digital marketing and sales executives as well as a variety of disciplines within the digital industry.
